Parking & Outdoor Areas
Free parking is available on the property and reserved exclusively for our guests. Electric vehicle (EV) charging is also available on-site; please note that additional charges apply for its use.
Please note that the outdoor areas, including the parking space, are shared with other apartments within the complex. While we maintain the property regularly, we cannot guarantee the condition or availability of shared outdoor spaces at all times. Guests are welcome to use these areas at their own discretion and responsibility.
Lawn Maintenance
The garden lawn is maintained every 15 days, so some light gardening activity may occur during your stay.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that no extra beds or baby cots are provided, other than the amenities described in our listing. However, children may stay using the existing beds.
This property offers a baby crib and a single bed for children in one of the bedrooms. A bottle sterilizer and high chair are also available to ensure comfort for families with young children.
BBQ & Fire Safety Policy
In accordance with Greek fire safety regulations, use of the barbecue is strictly prohibited during the summer fire risk period(typically from May 1st to October 31st), or on days when fire warnings are issued by the Greek Fire Department.
These seasonal restrictions are in place to prevent wildfires during the dry, high-risk months. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy for your safety and the protection of the surrounding environment.
Violating these fire prevention rules may result in fines or legal consequences, as open flame use is strictly regulated under Greek law (Joint Ministerial Decision 19/2020).
